What this solves
Bachelorette party budgets look cheaper than bachelor parties until you add: a pool cabana at Encore Beach Club ($300+ minimum), a drag show premium seat ($80–$150), a High Roller pod at golden hour for 8 ($400–$600), a private photographer for 2 hours ($600+), and matching outfits + decor ($200+). Suddenly a "girls weekend" is $700–$1,500 per person. This calculator shows where the dollars go.
The 2026 baseline hen itinerary in Las Vegas: Friday pool + bottle service, Saturday drag brunch + High Roller + photos + nice dinner, Sunday recovery brunch + spa or shopping. 6–8 women, 3 nights.

How to read the result
- Pool day uses a cabana + bottle service minimum at Encore Beach Club, Marquee Dayclub, or Drai's. A regular chair is cheaper ($40–$80/pp) but doesn't anchor a "we're celebrating" day.
- Drag brunch defaults to a bottomless-mimosas package ($80–$130/pp depending on venue). Frankie's Tiki Room or The Velvet Hour run premium versions at $130+.
- High Roller pod at golden hour (1 hour before sunset) is the photo moment — 30 min standard ($55), 60 min extended ($75). A private pod for the group adds $200 but locks out strangers.
- Drag show (La Bare, Divas, Fantasy) at the LINQ or Bally's runs $60–$110 for premium seats; VIP bottle service table starts at $300.
- Photographer at 2 hours for the group covers High Roller + brunch + night out. Output: 200+ edited digital photos. Some operators charge per photo instead — avoid.
- Downtown $1 cocktail walk uses the old-school Fremont Street bars (Insert Coins, Commonwealth, The Griffin) where drinks are still $1 well pours. Cheap and easy.
- Outfits + decor covers matching sashes, bride tiara, bride tribe tanks, inflatable props, and any group costume elements.
Limitations
- Convention weeks (CES, SEMA, NFR, NFL) push hotel rates 2–4×. Run the calculator with a higher tier if your dates overlap.
- Pool days are weather-dependent. A rained-out Encore Beach Club cabana is a $1,500 lesson. Spring (April–May) and fall (October) are safest.
- This calculator does not include gambling losses. Slot play on the Strip adds up fast.
- Bachelorette gifts to the bride (jewelry, lingerie, custom robe for getting-ready photos) are usually separate from the trip budget. Add $50–$200 per bridesmaid for the gift.
- Some venues charge a "bride free" policy — confirm before booking. Most Strip drag brunches don't, but a few do.
FAQ
How much should each bridesmaid budget?
Standard Las Vegas bachelorette for 6–8 women, 3 nights: $700–$1,300 per person with mid-tier hotel, pool day, drag brunch, High Roller, and 1 nice dinner. Drop the pool cabana and you land at $400–$700. Premium version with suite hotel, full spa day, and photographer hits $1,800+/pp.
Do you tip the photographer?
Yes — 15–20% of the booking is standard. A $600 booking gets a $90–$120 tip in cash at the end of the shoot. Pool-day photographers expect $50 cash per hour.
Are there "bride free" deals in Vegas?
Some operators — mostly off-Strip — waive the bride's package if the group reaches a minimum count. Most major Strip drag brunches and dayclubs do not. Ask at booking, but budget for the bride to pay full price.
Best weekend for a Vegas bachelorette?
Late April to early June, or September to mid-October. Weather is reliable, pool season is open, and convention weeks are minimal. Avoid March (March Madness), early January (CES), and November (NFR/Cowboy Christmas).
