Club Cover Charge Reality

Las Vegas nightclub "free entry" signs are a starting bid, not a real number. Cover charges, GA tiers, guest list rules, and table minimums stack differently by club and date. Here is the cost by scenario.

What this solves

Strip clubs quote you a different number depending on how you arrive. Cover at the door on a Saturday at XS is $80–150, but a promoter can put you on the "guest list" for free or reduced entry if you text them — provided you're 5:1 girls to guys, arriving by 11pm, and don’t mind waiting 90 minutes. A table minimum is $1,500–$5,000 depending on the DJ and the spot. This tool models all four scenarios for six major clubs and tells you the all-in cost per person for your group.

The decision isn't just "which is cheapest." It's which combination of cover + waiting + bottle math makes sense for your group size. For a couple, GA is the answer. For a group of 6, a $1,500 table min becomes $250/head — which beats GA tickets of $150/person.

FAQ

Is guest list actually free?

For women, usually yes — most clubs offer free guest-list entry before midnight. For men, it's free with a higher ratio requirement (5:1 female-to-male) or $20–$30 "reduced cover." Some lists are entirely gender-locked. The line is real: guest list = slower entry, often a separate line.

Should I pre-purchase GA online?

For big-name nights (Marshmello, Calvin Harris, Tiësto at their respective homes), yes. Walk-up can be 30–60% more, and lines can exceed 2 hours. For weeknights, GA online is often the same as the door price.

When does a table become cheaper than GA?

Roughly 4 people. A $1,500 table minimum split 4 ways = $375/head. If GA is $120/head, the table is more expensive. But with 6+ people, the math flips — the table becomes the cheapest entry, especially with expedited entry and unlimited mixers.

Which club has the cheapest night on the Strip?

Zouk midweek. Zouk and Jewel at Resorts World consistently have $0–$20 cover and the lowest GA pricing on the Strip. The trade-off is fewer headliners and a younger demographic. For the budget-conscious, it's the right choice.
